In the following terms, “Facility” is defined as the provided OneDrive files, returned files and coding that produced the returned files (known as the “tool”).

1. By using this facility, you acknowledge the facility, tool's code and tool's output is copyrighted material. 

2. You acknowledge the use of this facility is only for educational purposes and is only intended as a demonstration of potential programmatic approaches in the field of lesion and response data oversight.  It remains your own responsibility to further your understanding of RECIST 1.1 data review by referencing published literature.

3. By using this facility, you agree that at no point should actual patient outcomes or treatment plans be influenced directly or indirectly by the use of this facility. 

4. By using this facility, you agree to only use provided default dummy patient data or use your own dummy patient data. 

5. By using this facility, should you provide any confidential information (e.g., email address), you agree that the creators of this facility are in no way accountable or responsible for information you provided on OneDrive, or how this information may be used (or seen) by other members of the public. 

6. By using this facility, you acknowledge that: 
a) a provision of email address means the tool's creators will use said email address in communicating returned outputs and that, otherwise, email addresses are not used for any other purpose; 
b) should you opt NOT to use an email address, you understand that the returned outputs are visible to the general public. 

7. By using this facility, there is no guarantee of returned output (for example, incompatible data formats or uncontrolled OneDrive performance issues). 

8. In relation to point 7, we accept no responsibility for lost time or inconvenience caused by the use of this facility and you accept you took adequate steps to ensure your dummy data scenarios were initially created outside of the online facility to avoid lost work. 

9. By using this facility, you acknowledge the creators of this facility cannot control the content other users provide inside the facility and the creators are not responsible for content added by other users.​
